Details:
After severals days with rain and bad weather finally the weather changed. This picture is taken early morning 27. january in Tromsø and shows Noctilucent clouds on a clear blue sky. Amazing view.

These are not noctilucent but iridiscent or nacreous clouds. NLC form in mesosfere (80-85km)seeded by meteoritic dust. Iridiscent and nacreous form in tle lower stratosphere, 15-25km high.
