As this years full Snow Moon rose the penumbral eclipse was well underway. As I made this image of part of that event, as seen from De Soto County, Florida, USA. I notice an aircraft as it made a transit of the lunar disk. The entire event lasted several hours, but this is still a good representation of a partial penumbral lunar eclipse.
