Details:
We flew into Sydney this afternoon as part of our flight to the USA for the total eclipse of the Sun and there were lots of bush fires in the mountains behind the city, I captured this image of the Sun going down in the smoky sky between the branches of an old Maple tree near the airport.

Only a week to go now for the spectacular Total Eclipse of the Sun…WooHoo!!!

Photo taken with a Canon 70D camera and the new Tamron 18-400mm lens set at 400mm, the exposure time was 1/640th second and ISO 400.
