Mr. Apollo Lasky, I took your gif file you posted and opend and reworked it in VirtualDude 1.10.4 for you. I hope you do not mind. The fix was: Go into open in VirtualDude / videos / filters / : show image formats / null transform / Cropping / Slide the frames from star to end . Then make your fix as needed. We you are happy with your fix then click on ok. Then to save new work.........Go to File / Export / Animated FIF...

Interesting, thank you! Did it alter the file size at all? You can make further adjustments, such as gamma and gain. sing the program pipp, You can also add various levels of compression. You can also perform some basic image stabilization from it!

Mr. Apollo LaskyI, I did NOT change the file size. But after cropping GIF in VirtualDude the file size will be less do to cropping. You can also resize and do many things. This is the link for download. http://virtualdub.org/download.html
