Details:
Something like clouds (or waves of density) appeared at dawn on August 21, 2017 in Protvino, Central Russia. The sky was absolutely cloudless. The structures were blocks of regular dark-bright stripes with equal intervals between them and bounded along the edges by clearly imaginable straight lines. Unlike ordinary clouds, they were devoid of any internal structure. The focus of the blocks did not coincide with the rising Sun.

I think it is the visual effect of gravity waves (attention, not gravitational waves).

Yes, of course, it seems like regular changing of density. But why? Also there is shadow pattern (changing of illuminated/shadowed areas). Seems like illuminated curved surface...
