Details:
I was out taken night photographs of a glacier and noticed some bright things in the sky i focused in on. Not sure what they were but now when I check them they seems to move faster across the sky than the stars and have a tail. Photos taken using pentax astrotracer to reduce startrail.

It looks like the Pleiades with a bit of trailing? Although that doesnt explain what you saw!

Looks like lens flare or some sort of optical aberration.
