As we rode the chair down into the clouds today, we begin seeing all sorts of Halos, and Sun dogs! Im hoping to get a little insight into what Im seeing in these photos?!

WOW, what incredible images...I think what youve seen is caused by the Sun refracting through tiny ice crystals in the freezing cold air, its often been referred to as diamond dust, all the halos have amazing names which I will leave to the experts to name, thank you for sharing :-)
