Details:
The atmospheric optics of the Supermoon clearing the Tucson AZ foothills was remarkable. We get many notable atmospheric optics events but even so this one was special. A blinding bright Moon creating amazing rays. This photo is a 9 image HDR to gain some dynamic range taken with a 15 mm irex lens and a Nikon D810. Photo was taken about 25 minutes before the exact moment of full Moon.

Great shot- Also in Tucson, I tried some shots on my way home tonight when I saw those clouds. All I had was a cell phone, though; yours came out great; beautiful foreground. Norm
