Got woke up this morning at 5:30am by my son Erik who is 7 months old looking for a bottle.. made that and I looked out the window before going back to bed only to see this beautiful conjunction of the Moon, Mars and Jupiter. The sky was so clear too, so that was it -moments later I was out side taking photos of the Conjunction when I notice in the corner of my eye the ISS moving across the sky getting closer and closer to the conjunction, the ISS got that close to the moon I would say I was only about 3 km out of the transit zone... still i didnt expect to see it at all... what a treat and all thanks to my wee man for getting me out of bed.
thanks Erik.
