Details:
As a rule, noctilucent clouds fall into the lens of nature lovers who spend hours hunting for beauty. Its hard to believe, but this photo was made by a regular webcam! June 28 - the culmination of the white nights in St. Petersburg. The sky is bright enough, so the noctilucent clouds look inexpressive. But you can not doubt, its them! Others - tropospheric clouds - appear dark spots, because they are located below and are not illuminated by the suns rays.
