Progress MS-09 and ISS.
23:27 UT (July 09, 2018).
It is photo of a historical tracks of the first super fast-tracked pass of the spacecraft with the Station (docked to the ISS just after 2 orbits about Earth after launch - maked it the fastest orbital rendezvous with the International Space Station).
The spacecraft was not visible by naked eye because the bright morning twilight (02:27 MSK time), but its track is visible in the photo.
