A local k7 was frustratingly overhead but we had a lot of cloud. Here in Abisko in northern Sweden it is quite common for the skies to open up even when 100% cloud is forecast. When I saw the Bz go to below -10 I knew I had to get out and hope for a clearing. I wasnt disappointed!

There was even an aurora nymph seen swimming around the shore of Lake Torneträsk!

How much did it cost to get her to pose for you in the frigid water :)
