Details:
Images of the moon taken with both an Explore Scientific ED80 and an Explore Scientific ED127 within 30 minutes with the same camera. The improved detail and contrast is achieved by using a larger telescope and by adding smaller portions together into a mosaic. Taken with an ASI 178MC camera and Astrophysics MACH 1 equatorial mount. Additional details are noted on several of the other slides. AutoStakkert was used for processing the video and ImagesPlus was used for final processing.
