Having fun with a Christmas gift from my wife Jacque! Opening in the clouds had just passed by the Sun at 10:05 AM local time on 08 Feb 2019. Thermal image shows the Sun as a circle even through the cloud layer. A visible light image taken a few moments later for comparison shows that clouds appear warmer than clear sky in the thermal image. Note: Thermal image is not calibrated.
