What a night again in Finnish Lapland! Although it started quite dangerously clouded for me, it eventually all went well! The sustained negative Bz sparked some bright, big and fast auroras roughly between 10PM and midnight (local time).

I went to a favourite location of mine and stood in the middle of a frozen lake to capture the show.

The Moon was low in the sky, and revealed all the details of the snow covering the wind swept lake.

Another very succesful night in Finnish Lapland!
