Something real, not an imaging artifact. I located your observing point on Google Earth and saw the thing. Even moving the observing point over the street (that means other images) the thing is still there.

It is not an artifact, it is not a reflection! If you enlarge it you will notice that the long luminous band crosses an elliptical shape that is grayer than the sky background and the smaller band of light has a hemisphere of the same gray above. It really comes to mind that Googles room has taken over an unidentified flying object.

Yes, it is an alien craft looking to steal Google secrets! Or maybe they just want to subscribe to Google data mining results! But, alas, it is the same reflection that can be seen on millions of other street view images.

Wonder which alien species is driving, the Greys, the Blues, or the Reptilians?
First thought was a reflection then a faint second thought of the possibility of atmospheric optical effects.
Looks like a reflection wins.

Something real indeed: a real lens flare in Googles wideangle camera lens. Its only in sunlit images all over the world, in different variations by moderate high sun elevations.
