Details:
Around 1:30 pm EDT, from my home in north-eastern Connecticut I saw both 22 degree and 46 degree halos around the Sun! Both had unusually clear colors, and were accompanied by a partial parhelic circle (although the parhelia--sundogs--were not very prominent).
