Details:
While imaging sunspots we observed a fast-moving satellite with a long boom arm crossing the field of view. This sequence spans 36 milliseconds of real time. The object was moving East at 1 degree per second. Lunt LS100 solar telescope.

Nice one i hope you keep us updated if you find out more about this satellite. is it possible that maybe nasa sent 1 out there to know more about the sun i read something they did send one on 2011 to check on the sun ?? anyway if you know more i hope you let us know.

This is very interesting. Its not only a round shape but there seems to be an antenna pointing towards 11oclock as well.
Its impossible to find out whar satellite it might be unless you know the exact time of the transit.

Nice transit Richard I happened to have two videos of this unknow looking Satellite taken about two weeks ago. I cant see the boom on my but it does have the round shape. I just dont know how to post this videos on Space weather. If any one knows what satellite or thing this is please let us know thanks.

Looks to me like you caught a weather balloon - if it was moving East that means the Top of the picture is Down, correct? Rotate the image and you have a weather ballon drifting eastward.
