This morning was extremly electric blue over Saxony! What for a great and bright NLC-Display! I was with friends at the observatory in Radebeul. We looked at only the football game. About 2 oclock we drove on a field near the Astronomical Observatory. What for a clear night! The dawn came and we were rewarded... The NLC display was very wide! Height up to Capella! A great morning!

WOW ! Beautiful ! Thanks for sharing.
And not so much North : Only 51° 06 N
It lets me hope to see such a NLC display here in Paris, France (48° 50 N) let s say, on next Friday, after the victory of France football team against Germany in the World cup...
