A beautiful volcanic sunset twilight display produced by aerosols from the Hunga Tonga eruption was observed through moving low cloud on Valentine’s Day between 6.30 and 7.00 pm as shown in the accompanying x120 speed time-lapse video, still image and photo montages. Very colourful volcanic sunrises and sunsets have been observed in Zimbabwe since late January and look set to continue for a while. Camera: Panasonic Lumix DMC-TZ60 in sunset mode.
