Details:
Hot air from North Africa flowed out over Western Europe bringing day temperatures above 30 C degrees. The blue of the clear sky is obscured by dust aerosols in the higher air layers transported by the air flow. The particles are generating a bright light field around the sun in which faint diffraction colors can be distinguished.
