Details:
Today the sun showed on its surface 7 active regions containing sunspots of different sizes. But without a doubt, the most spectacular thing was the enormous prominence that appeared in the southwestern limb. This incredible wall of plasma was about 5 planet Earths high. I was very lucky to have clear skies to be able to contemplate this magnificent view of our star. To take this picture I used a Coronado Solarmax II 90mm aperture solar telescope and a ZWO 183MM camera.
