Details:
The sky here was nearly completely overcast with the rocket passing briefly through a hole in the clouds at 1117UT. It was moving southwest to northeast over Arizona and at the time of the photo was over western New Mexico. The rocket was tumbling once/second and was about 400km away from my site in Carefree, Arizona. This image replaces the original submission.
