Details:
A month after the DART probe impacted the moonlet Dimorphos the tail still extends thousands of km from the asteroid. This image is 15 x180 sec in Lum and 7 x 180 in red. The tail is much diminished from its maximum two weeks after impact but it is still streaming away from the moonlet even 30 days later. The man-made min-comet continues to amaze.
