Details:
Shortly after moonrise a striking spot of light developed at 22 degrees above the low moon in the North east. It appeared to be the combination of a V-shaped 22 degrees upper tangent arc and a moonvex Parry arc in a V-shape as well, however some degrees higher. This kind of Parry arc was never seen before by moonlite in The Netherlands.
