Details:
In the evening on 26th September, a conjunction (about one degree apart) between the Planet Mercury (yellowish) and the bluish-white Libra Star Spica became intermittently visible between 6.25 and 6.31 pm while setting through smoke haze in fading sunset twilight above Chikanga West township near Mutare. Venus, which reached overall maximum brilliance on 22nd September, shone bright in clear sky above. Camera: Tripod-mounted Panasonic Lumix DMC-TZ60 in manual exposure mode.
